Delivery Cost

Free shipping is available on all orders over $120 to anywhere in Western Australia and to delivery addresses in the Town of Bassendean WA, 6054  International delivery options are also available. The cost of shipping can be viewed by clicking the ‘Calculate Shipping’ button in the shopping cart, and can be selected during the checkout process.

We do have some express (emergency) delivery options available to the Town of Bassendean. Contact us for more information.

Delivery Time

Most orders are packed and shipped by the next day. All standard orders are shipped using either Sendle Parcel Delivery or Australia Post’s eParcel service.

You will receive an email notifying you that your order has been shipped; this email will also inform you of the tracking information so that you can follow your delivery.  You can enter your tracking number into Sendle’s or Australia Post’s website at any time for information about the delivery status of your order.

We ship from Bassendean WA, 6054. The following are approximate transit times –

Perth Metro: 1 to 3 business days
WA Regional: 2 to 5 business days
All other Australia: 4 to 7 business days

International delivery will take from between 1 to 4 weeks depending on the destination and potential customs clearance delays.

All delivery time frames are approximate and are subject to variables outside of our control.

Unattended Delivery Addresses & Authority to Leave

Parcels under 500g are left in your post-box

For larger parcels you can give Authority to Leave (permission for your parcel/s to be left somewhere near the front door) on your parcel/s.

If you have requested a signature upon delivery and no one is available to sign, your parcel/s will be taken back to the depot and a card will be left to organise alternative arrangements. Re-delivery can usually be arranged however this will normally incur an additional charge at your expense.

If no signature has been requested, at the discretion of our courier services the parcel/s may be left at the given address in a safe spot, or taken to the depot and a card left to organise alternative arrangements.

Out of Stock Items

In the event that we run out of stock of an item/s you have ordered, the out of stock item/s will automatically be placed on back order and the rest of your order will be shipped immediately. We will notify you as soon as possible regarding the out of stock item/s so that you may choose to cancel, exchange, or wait for these items to arrive back into stock so they can be shipped to you.
