Energy and Movement program content

A great overview of junior Physical Sciences. Energy and forces make things change and move. The sun sends us light and heat. These energies make wind and other forces. Uncover the invisible forces of wind, gravity and rare earth magnets, the amazing power of popping chemicals and our own human energy.

Australian Curriculum

Foundation Year – The way objects move depends on a variety of factors, including their size and shape.
Year 1 – Light and sound are produced by a range of sources and can be sensed.
Year 2 – A push or a pull affects how an object moves or changes shape.
Year 3 – Heat can be produced in many ways and can move from one object to another.
